Shipping and Handling

We are not able to guarantee next working day delivery. We will do our best to ensure that your parcel is delivered as swiftly as possible but please allow 3 working days for UK deliveries, from the time of dispatch, in case of problems.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours, except over weekends and bank holidays when orders will be processed on the next regular working day.

For overseas delivery, please contact us for a quote on price and estimated delivery time.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within a reasonable time we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of your order date. Our only obligation will be to make good any non-delivery or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you in respect of any losses or expenses, including (without limitation) loss of profits, business, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

 

Ordering and Payment

Ordering is simple; you can either use our secure online shop or contact us by phone. If you are unsure of what to order, please contact us for advice.

We require payment in full ahead of despatch.

We have selected Stripe to manage the processing of payments through our website. Stripe’s payment solutions are trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses, big and small. If you choose to pay by phone, your card payment will be processed via our WorldPay terminal. Accepted methods of payment include Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. 

We retain the right to cancel your order at any time. Written notice of cancelation will be given using the email provided during checkout.

 

Returns

We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with every purchase that you make, but we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item that you no longer wish to keep. Your order must be returned to us in the condition in which you received it. Nupafeed UK will not accept returns once the goods have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order. The total of your invoice will be refunded in full as soon as possible. Nupafeed UK will not cover the cost of return. Refunds may take up to seven working days to process.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order, invoice, or a note with your customer information so that we can identify your parcel.

 

Changing Your Order

Please note that we dispatch items on a same working day basis, please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. We can update your order so long as it has not yet gone out for delivery.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make alterations. Please either place an additional order or, if necessary, contact us so that we can agree on a solution.

 

Problems with Your Order

If there is an error or fault with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of any damage if applicable.

If for any reason the goods are faulty when you receive them, Nupafeed will either:

  1. replace the item free of charge
  2. refund the price paid by the buyer
  3. agree a reduced price or alternative compensation with the buyer.

Whether or not we need the item to be returned will depend on the nature of the damage and the agreement made between Nupafeed UK and the buyer in each individual case.

We will cover the cost of returning goods if the order has been damaged in transit or incorrect item(s) have been delivered. If you are unable to use the product due to an unsatisfactory delay in delivery, we will cover the cost of returning the goods only if we are responsible for the failure to deliver. We are not responsible for insufficient/incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, delays caused by bad weather, an inability to contact the buyer/recipient when necessary, or when the courier is not able to gain a signature or safely leave your parcel.
